Superb layout and decor, generous Loccitane toiletries, great hotel amenities, friendly and obliging guest services, excellent facilities, comfortable and spacious rooms.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, with many good restaurants and shops nearby. The room was well-decorated, spotless, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a fabulous shower and great design, including folding shower doors. The staff were friendly and spoke great English. The hotel also had fast wifi and delicious food available through room service.

The receptionist was not helpful when I requested a delayed checkout and did not offer any assistance with my luggage upon arrival.

The in-room coffee making facilities and kitchen were also a convenient and appreciated feature. the hotel's location was key, being close to many great restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars.

Great location with restaurants and bars nearby, close to attractions like the palace and museums. Upgraded to a comfortable suite. Impressive details like the staircases. Quality breakfast with amazing eggs benedict. Thoughtfully appointed suites with excellent service.

The apartment-like feel and the presence of a kitchen made it convenient for me to prepare simple breakfast and snacks. The overall ambiance was fresh and decorated nicely, making me feel at home. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily access all major attractions in the city center. The friendly and helpful staff added to the positive experience. The breakfast options were well-balanced, healthy, and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

While the restaurant buffet was delicious, I would have liked to see more variety in the breakfast menu. Nonetheless, the location was perfect for exploring the local neighbourhood, and the bar/lounge had a great selection of cocktails.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful, even going above and beyond to assist with parking and washing our car windows for free. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel is small and not crowded, nice for personalized attention. We especially enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant with a great selection of food and excellent service. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the central train station and just a 10-minute walk from the city center. this hotel provided excellent facilities, attention to detail, and good value for money.

We stayed at this hotel and were amazed by the luxurious amenities provided. We indulged in a relaxing massage in the treatment room, followed by a refreshing body scrub, which left our skin glowing. the Spa centre was top-notch, with professional staff providing exceptional services. We enjoyed continental breakfast in the private facilities of our room, complete with an in-room breakfast. the location advantages were excellent, with the hotel located in the heart of the city.

Although the catering service was exceptional, the restaurant left something to be desired. the packed lunches were mediocre, but the bar and lounge area made up for it.
